Important Team Update
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MICHIGAN FRC TEAMS ATTENDING THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP:
1. Please note that there is NO ROBOT ACCESS PERIOD ALLOWED PRIOR TO THE MICHIGAN STATE CHAMPIONSHIP.
This information was included in the Michigan Rules Supplement - Update 3, which was published February 25, 2010. The specific paragraph is as follows:
"3.2 Allowable Hours and Days
Teams may unlock their robot for a total of 6 hours during the 7 day period (Friday through Thursday) preceding any District Event in which their own team is participating. These hours may be broken up in any way the team wishes. The only stipulation is that no single access period may be shorter than 2 hours. The robot must be locked up in between sessions and this must be documented on the Robot Lock Up Form each time."

Teams who violate this rule will have access to their robots at the State Championship restricted.
2. Teams who qualified for the Michigan State Championship in event weeks one through three, have until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 26, to register through TIMS and make arrangement for payment of the $4,000 entry fee.
Registration is now open for teams who qualified in weeks one and two.
Registration should open no later than Monday, March 22, for teams who qualified in week three.
3. Teams who qualify for the Michigan State Championship in week four events, and teams who are notified that they have qualified following week four, based on state ranking, have until noon on Monday, March 29, to register through TIMS and make arrangements for payment of the $4,000 entry fee.
4. Details regarding the Load-In procedure for the Michigan State Championship are now posted.
5. Details regarding Pre-Order Lunches for the Michigan State Championshipare now posted. Please note that the order deadline is NOON, Monday March 29, 2010.
